📌 Job Overview – Management Trainee (Life Science)

Escalent is hiring Management Trainee – Life Science for a remote role in India.

This opportunity is ideal for B.Tech / M.Tech Biotechnology graduates seeking entry into pharmaceutical regulatory operations, medicinal product database management, MedDRA coding, and healthcare analytics.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

Gather and integrate medicinal product data from multiple regulatory sources
Maintain and transcribe product information in client databases
Perform accurate medicinal product coding using MedDRA
Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and regulatory standards
Identify and resolve data gaps within defined timelines
Maintain strict confidentiality of pharmaceutical information
Deliver high-quality regulatory data management support
Collaborate with internal and global teams

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech Biotechnology
M.Tech Biotechnology
0–1 Year experience (Freshers eligible)
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent attention to detail & data accuracy
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts (No night shifts)
