📌 Job Overview

• Document Specialist I – Bangalore (0–1 year)
• Document Specialist II – Bangalore, Pune & Mumbai (1–2 years)
• Work Model: Remote
• Industry: Clinical Research / CRO
• Function: Trial Master File (TMF) & Documentation

🔬 Key Responsibilities

Document Specialist I

• Maintain standardized TMF filing structure
• Organize, scan & upload documents into eTMF
• Assist TMF plan & index finalization
• Generate document queries & resolve discrepancies
• Support reconciliation & archiving

Document Specialist II

• Own & maintain TMF systems
• Perform document quality review
• Lead reconciliation & archiving
• Support TMF setup & closeout
• Act as TMF Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Train junior specialists
• Generate compliance metrics

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc Life Sciences
• DS I: 0–1 year experience
• DS II: 1–2 years relevant experience
• Strong documentation & compliance understanding
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat & MS Office
• Strong communication & organizational skills
