🧾 Key Responsibilities

Keep patient safety as the top operational priority
Escalate patient safety issues promptly for resolution
Communicate with investigator sites via email and approved channels
Support Global Investigator Support (GIS) team with administrative tasks
Prepare airway bills and shipping documentation
Follow up on delivery errors and specimen pending arrival reports
Assist with Investigator Portal and Sponsor Portal access issues
Update and maintain investigator site databases
Resolve system-generated hold issues (simple to moderate)
Investigate and respond to project-related queries
Document service failures and escalate unresolved issues
Maintain training folders and QA documentation
Track workflow metrics and complete mandatory training

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
BSc / MSc – Life Sciences / Biotechnology or related field
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience
Basic understanding of clinical trial processes (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database systems
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
