📌 Job Overview – Research Associate (Clinical Research)

Lupin is hiring Research Associate – Clinical Research at its Pune R&D Center.

This role is ideal for freshers from Pharmacy and Life Sciences backgrounds who want to build a long-term career in clinical research, drug development, and regulatory-compliant clinical operations.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

Support execution and coordination of clinical research activities in compliance with GCP guidelines
Assist in clinical study documentation and data validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Biostatistics)
Contribute to preparation and review of clinical trial records and reports
Ensure adherence to SOPs, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance
Participate in study tracking, data review, and stakeholder communication
Maintain audit-ready documentation for inspections and regulatory submissions

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD
BSc / MSc – Life Sciences or related fields
Strong interest in clinical research & drug development
Knowledge of GCP and clinical trial methodology (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
