📌 Internship Overview

Novartis is hiring a Medical Affairs Intern at its Mumbai Head Office. This internship is ideal for MD postgraduate students seeking hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical Medical Affairs operations, scientific strategy, and field engagement.

Duration: 2–3 Months

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Reporting To: Franchise Medical Head / Country Medical Director

🔬 Key Responsibilities

Review clinical trial and real-world evidence publications
Conduct structured literature searches (PubMed, journals, guidelines)
Summarize scientific data for internal medical strategy
Prepare slide decks, FAQs, and scientific training materials
Support KOL profiling and engagement planning
Assist in medical education programs & congress activities
Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory & Clinical teams
Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing MD or equivalent postgraduate degree
Second or final year PG students only
Strong interest in Medical Affairs & Pharma Industry careers
Excellent scientific writing & literature appraisal skills
Good communication and collaboration ability
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

💰 Estimated Stipend

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Indicative range)
May vary based on company policy
