• Role: Pricing & Pro proposals Specialist
• Location: India (Remote / Bangalore)
• Experience Required: 2+ Years
• Work Hours: European Shift
• Domain: Clinical Trial Pricing & Proposal Development

💰 Pricing & Budget Responsibilities

• Develop pricing estimates for clinical trial projects
• Create budgets, ballpark estimates & fee schedules
• Support change-in-scope cost estimates

📄 Proposal & Change Order Management

• Prepare change orders & proposal documents
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance & Project Teams
• Deliver high-quality proposals within timelines

📊 RFP & Protocol Analysis

• Analyze RFPs & client protocols
• Develop accurate pricing strategies
• Support cross-functional pricing decisions

🎓 Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, MBA or related field
• 2+ years in clinical research / pharma pricing roles
• Experience with RFP analysis & proposal preparation
• Strong Excel & documentation skills
• CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
• Knowledge of clinical trial terminology
