Position: Clinical Research Associate (Team Member)
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid Work Model)

🔬 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ CRO Managed Studies- Manage CROs for interventional & epidemiological studies
- Identify investigators and trial sites
- Prepare EC & DCGI submission documents
- Ensure timely SAE & SUSAR reporting
- Train CROs on pharmacovigilance practices
- Conduct site feasibility & investigator selection
- Execute CDAs & study contracts
- Manage investigational product logistics
- Perform monitoring & source data verification
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines
- Coordinate with data management & statistics teams
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc Life Sciences / Pharm.D
- 1–5 years clinical trial operations experience
- Experience in CRO, pharma, or biotech organizations
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP & NDCTR 2019
- Experience in audits, inspections & risk-based monitoring

- Understanding of research methodologies
