🧾 Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking planned and scheduled audits in the Enterprise QMS (eQMS)
Update audit schedules and QA calendars as directed by management
Collect and organize audit and inspection documentation (training records, org charts, etc.)
Support auditors during customer audits and regulatory inspections
Enter, update, and maintain audit-related data in eQMS
Maintain, file, and archive Quality Assurance documentation
Perform additional QA-related duties as assigned

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or Healthcare
Freshers or candidates with minimal experience can apply
Basic exposure to healthcare or clinical research environments preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic SharePoint
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
