Position: Resource Analyst (Clinical Research)
Location: Mumbai, India (Fully Remote)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Department: Clinical Trial Resource Management
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Track and forecast clinical resource needs
- Manage staff assignments and availability
- Maintain dashboards & project modules
- Forecast labor needs across regions
- Align resources based on therapeutic expertise
- Update staffing projections & roll-off dates
- Prepare utilization & projection reports
- Support RFPs and bid defense meetings
- Coordinate CV tracking & documentation
- Ensure quality control of departmental reports
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
- BSc / MSc Life Sciences
- Biotechnology or related field
- 0–2 years relevant experience
🧠 Required Skills
- Advanced Excel & MS Office proficiency
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills
- Attention to detail
- Multi-project management ability
- Strong communication skills
