Position: Medical Writer I (Quality Check)

Location: Remote – India (100% Work From Home)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Medical Writing

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Perform scientific QC review of manuscripts, extracts, posters, tables & figures
Conduct data integrity review for accuracy and consistency
Cross-check content with cited references for scientific validity
Ensure correct alignment with approved product labels
Maintain one-to-one citation & bibliography alignment
Apply AMA style guide & internal SOP standards
Ensure compliance with FDA, EU & ICH regulations
Participate in client meetings & manage timelines

🎓 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Clinical Sciences / English preferred
Minimum 1 year Medical Writing experience
Experience in data QC & scientific content review
Strong knowledge of AMA Style Guide
Familiarity with FDA, EU requirements & ICH guidelines preferred
Excellent grammar & communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
