- Perform case intake and triage of safety reports
- Process adverse event (AE) cases and safety data
- Write patient narratives for safety reports
- Perform MedDRA coding for adverse events
- Conduct listedness assessments
- Submit expedited SAE reports
- Maintain documentation according to SOPs
