- Position: Aggregate Reports & Risk Management Analyst
- Department: Pharmacovigilance / Safety Science
- Location: Hyderabad

🔬 Key Responsibilities
Aggregate Reports & Safety Reporting
- Assist in preparation of aggregate safety reports
- Retrieve safety data from pharmacovigilance databases
- Perform quality control checks for regulatory compliance
- Support preparation and dispatch of PV reports
Risk Management & Compliance
- Support CAPA, RCA and quality incident management
- Assist with audit and inspection readiness
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with licensing partners and internal stakeholders
- Manage report scheduling and tracking systems
- Maintain AR&RM documentation and communications
Documentation & Metrics
- Prepare pharmacovigilance metrics and compliance reports
- Maintain SharePoint systems and safety documentation
- Support PV Master File documentation
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / Life Sciences degree
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance reporting
- Understanding of aggregate safety reports
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines and PV regulations
- Experience with safety databases and reporting tools
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
