  • Position: Aggregate Reports & Risk Management Analyst

🔬 Key Responsibilities

Aggregate Reports & Safety Reporting

  • Assist in preparation of aggregate safety reports
  • Retrieve safety data from pharmacovigilance databases
  • Perform quality control checks for regulatory compliance
  • Support preparation and dispatch of PV reports

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Support CAPA, RCA and quality incident management
  • Assist with audit and inspection readiness
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with licensing partners and internal stakeholders
  • Manage report scheduling and tracking systems
  • Maintain AR&RM documentation and communications

Documentation & Metrics

  • Prepare pharmacovigilance metrics and compliance reports
  • Maintain SharePoint systems and safety documentation
  • Support PV Master File documentation

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / Life Sciences degree
  • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance reporting
  • Understanding of aggregate safety reports
  • Familiarity with ICH guidelines and PV regulations
  • Experience with safety databases and reporting tools
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills
