🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site feasibility and investigator selection.
- Manage study initiation and clinical site activation.
- Prepare and submit documents for Ethics Committee approval.
- Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Oversee investigational product inventory and management.
- Train investigators and site staff on study protocols.
- Monitor patient recruitment and retention.
- Perform source data verification and query resolution.
- Ensure timely reporting of SAEs and safety events.

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- BSc / MSc Life Sciences
- Biology / Chemistry

- PG Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR)
Experience Required:
- 1–5 years clinical research or clinical trial experience
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Experience in Phase III / Phase IV clinical trials preferred
