- Department: Proposals, Budgeting & Contract Management
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RFPs and coordinate with SMEs for proposal development
- Prepare clinical trial budgets and client-ready proposals
- Identify risks in timelines and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop contract strategy and manage negotiations
- Handle client communication for pricing and contract closure
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal processes
💻 Required Skills
- Understanding of clinical trial operations & CRO processes
- Knowledge of budgeting, pricing models & contracts
- Tools: MS Office, databases, Salesforce (preferred)
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple RFPs under deadlines
