💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Centralized Monitoring (CM) and RbQM deliverables for assigned global clinical studies.
- Ensure complete alignment with ICH-GCP R2 requirements and AstraZeneca’s internal quality framework.
- Partner early with global/local study teams and CM data scientists to define monitoring specifications.
- Monitor Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) factors using centralized data visualization tools.
- Review clinical data trends regularly to identify potential patient safety risks and systemic site errors.
- Facilitate CtQ review meetings with global study coordinators and key collaborators.
- Support and guide activities related to the Study Quality Risk Management Plan (SQRMP) and Integrated Quality Risk Management (IQRMP).
- Serve as an RbQM subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to cross-functional study teams.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance centralized signal detection.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience: At least 6 to 10 years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM), Risk-Based Quality Management (RbQM), and centralized monitoring methodologies and software.
- Analytical: Expert skills in data interpretation, analyzing charts, graphs, and complex clinical trial trends.
- Compliance: Sound working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Communication: Fluent English communication (written and spoken) to manage global stakeholders.
