💼 Job Role & Key Responsibilities
- Perform the role of Data Entry Associate, File Room Associate, Scanning Associate, or Indexing Associate as assigned.
- Process, log, track, and maintain clinical study Case Report Forms (CRFs) in accordance with database guidelines.
- Perform clinical trial data entry accurately into designated Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS).
- Support physical and electronic maintenance of Data Management Study files and documents.
- Ensure complete compliance with core Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and GCP regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive communication channels with internal CDM project teams and study managers.
- Deliver tasks on schedule while upholding strict data quality and compliance targets.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc or M.Sc in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Botany, Genetics, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
- Experience: Recent graduates and freshers only. Pharma and life science graduates are preferred.
