💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Support digital product delivery by collecting, clarifying, and documenting user and business requirements.
  • Partner with clinical operations stakeholders and Product Owners to translate needs into backlog items.
  • Build and maintain user stories, functional criteria, acceptance parameters, and process flow visualizations.
  • Support backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure requirements are development-ready.
  • Collaborate closely with agile developers and QA testers to explain functional intent and resolve blockers.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and tracking outcomes.
  • Document and map confirmed clinical business processes to serve as training and harmonization references.
  • Track sprint metrics and prepare reports/dashboards reflecting product progress and adoption.
  • Maintain compliance guidelines, ensuring SDLC documentation and quality control files remain current.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in product analysis, business analysis, digital product delivery, or relevant internship projects.
  • Agile Practices: Basic understanding of requirements gathering, user stories writing, and backlog maintenance.
