💼 Key Responsibilities
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from clinical trials and post-marketing sources.
- Perform detailed drug safety case assessment, including seriousness, expectedness, and causality checks.
- Draft and review accurate medical narratives for serious adverse event (SAE) cases.
- Ensure complete compliance with international and local regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP, USFDA, MHRA).
- Support drug safety database workflows, entering data into database tools such as Argus Safety.
- Conduct MedDRA coding for adverse events, medical histories, and concomitant medications.
- Support aggregate safety reports, including PBRERs, PSURs, and signal detection surveillance.
- Collaborate actively with cross-functional medical, regulatory, and quality assurance teams.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), or B.Sc/M.Sc in Life Sciences.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of core experience in pharmacovigilance operations or drug safety case processing.
