💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support technology transfer from development to commercial manufacturing.
- Analyze raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
- Perform analytical method development, validation, and method transfer activities.
- Conduct feasibility and material compatibility studies.
- Prepare analytical protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
- Generate and maintain working and reference standards.
- Calibrate analytical instruments as per GMP requirements.
- Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
- Support particulate investigations and material identification.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain cGMP, cGLP, and laboratory safety compliance.
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and analytical issues.
