🧪 Job Overview
Role Purpose:
To provide technical and process support in handling pharmacovigilance and drug safety cases, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
📝 Key Responsibilities
📩 Case & Query Management
- Process and manage adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports.
- Handle customer queries via email and phone professionally.
- Document and track issues as per internal SOPs.
- Escalate unresolved issues when required.
💬 Customer Support Excellence
- Troubleshoot product-related queries step-by-step.
- Log customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide solutions and guide users effectively.
📚 Continuous Learning
- Participate in product and system trainings.
- Identify and address skill gaps with supervisors.
- Engage in self-learning and upskilling.
📌 Core Pharmacovigilance Functions
- Case Processing – Capture and track AE reports
- Medical Coding – Use MedDRA, WHO-DD coding systems
- Data Entry & QC – Work on PV tools like Argus, ARISg, Veeva
- Literature Monitoring – Review publications for safety alerts
- Regulatory Compliance – Follow FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP norms
