📄 Job Overview
Red Nucleus is hiring Associate / Senior Associate – Clinical Data Management (Remote) to manage clinical trial data, EDC, ePRO, and compliance with global regulations. Freshers and experienced professionals with a background in life sciences or pharma are encouraged to apply.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Manage data timelines, deliverables, and clinical project milestones.
- ✔ Perform data review, query management, and reconciliation across EDC & ePRO systems.
- ✔ Support preparation of Data Management Plans, CRF specifications, and training materials.
- ✔ Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
- ✔ Assist with audits, inspections, and database migrations.
- ✔ Explore digital tools for remote trial monitoring and reporting.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / MSc / BSc / Life Sciences / B.Tech / M.Tech.
- ✅ 0–10 years of experience in clinical research / data management / CRO roles.
- ✅ Familiarity with EDC, ePRO, CDISC, SDTM, FHIR, MedDRA, WHO Drug dictionaries.
- ✅ Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- ✅ Exposure to rare diseases, gene therapy, or observational studies is a plus.
