- ✔ Assist in site activation activities as per project timelines and regulatory compliance.

- ✔ Maintain project databases and internal tracking systems.
- ✔ Support document distribution, ethics submissions, and investigator pack releases.
- ✔ Coordinate cross-functionally with Site Activation Managers and Regulatory Teams.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology or related fields.
- ✅ 0–1 year experience in Clinical Research or Healthcare documentation.
- ✅ Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP.
- ✅ Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and MS Office skills.
- ✅ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
