Novotech, a leading global full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO), is hiring Clinical Data Associates in Bangalore. This role offers exposure to international clinical trials, data management systems, and career growth in one of the fastest-growing CROs worldwide.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Perform accurate data entry of clinical trial data using CDM software.
- ✔ Review and resolve data queries with sponsors/monitoring staff.
- ✔ Track CRFs, queries, and study documentation.
- ✔ Assist with database testing, edit checks, and data cleaning.
- ✔ Participate in data validation, reconciliation, and coding.
- ✔ Generate reports, listings, and outputs as required.
- ✔ Support Clinical Data Managers and project stakeholders.
- ✔ Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and Novotech SOPs.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- ✅ Minimum 2 years of clinical research / pharma / data management experience.
- ✅ Strong knowledge of GCDMP, ICH-GCP, and CDM processes.
- ✅ Excellent organizational & communication skills.
