GSK is hiring an Analyst – Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) to support global clinical trial disclosure, registration, and transparency operations. This role requires strong knowledge in clinical trials, regulatory operations, documentation systems, and analytics tools.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Maintain & update therapeutic area trackers for disclosure deliverables.
- ✔ Manage clinical trial registrations on platforms like ClinicalTrials.gov, EudraCT, and GSK Study Register.
- ✔ Support transparency documentation, content updates, and regulatory timelines.
- ✔ Use Excel automation, Power BI dashboards & Python workflows to improve processes.
- ✔ Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Clinical, and Legal.
- ✔ Track KPIs, update systems, and support compliance reporting.
- ✔ Monitor global transparency trends and implement process improvements.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- ✅ Master's degree (Life Sciences preferred: M.Pharm, MSc, Pharm.D, Biotechnology).
- ✅ 3+ years experience in clinical trial operations/data transparency.
- ✅ Strong Microsoft Excel (formulas/macros), PowerPoint & Word skills.
- ✅ Experience with Power BI, automation workflows, AI tools.
- ✅ Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred).
- ✅ Strong documentation & stakeholder communication skills.
