Job Title: Lab Project Services Coordinator

Location: Kochi & Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Manager throughout the clinical study lifecycle
Assist in study setup, planning, and execution
Prepare meeting minutes, action logs, and lab instructions
Support laboratory centralized monitoring activities
Handle site onboarding, portal access, and kit shipments
Track study progress using reports and dashboards
Coordinate with internal teams, sites, and sponsors
Participate in audits, inspections, and trainings
Support study close-out activities

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BSc / MSc Life Sciences
0 – 1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
Basic understanding of clinical research operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
