💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Review and adhere to study-specific Clinical Data Management Plans (DMPs) for assigned projects.
  • Process and log lab normal ranges and complete system access documentation.
  • Perform review of discrepancy outputs (edit checks) and validation listings based on clinical database entries.
  • Issue queries or apply self-evident corrections per the Data Validation Specification (DVS) rules.
  • Review and process Data Clarification Forms (DCFs) answered by sites for paper studies.
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks by verifying database output listings against CRFs and DCFs.
  • Perform database entry review, pre-review of CRFs (before scanning), and QC reviews using imaging tools.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, clinical trial progress, and issuing periodic status reports.
  • File documentation in the Data Management Study File (DMSF) and support study archival procedures.
