Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd., a globally recognized Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is hiring Officer – ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) for its Pharmacovigilance team in Ahmedabad.
This role is ideal for fresh Pharmacy and Life Sciences graduates who want to start a long-term career in Drug Safety, ICSR processing, and global PV operations.
🩺 Role: Officer – ICSR (Pharmacovigilance)

Experience: Freshers
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end ICSR case processing as per global PV regulations
- Duplicate check, case validation, and data entry
- Drug coding and MedDRA coding
- Listedness and causality assessment
- Narrative writing and expedited reporting
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions
- Escalate safety issues to Line Manager / QPPV
- Maintain accurate documentation and timelines
- Support SOP, WI, and training document preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients when required
🎓 Eligibility & Skills
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- MSc / BSc – Life Sciences / Biotechnology
- Basic knowledge of Pharmacovigilance & ICSR lifecycle preferred
- Understanding of MedDRA is an added advantage
- Good communication and documentation skills
