📞 Investigator Site Support
- Communicate with investigator sites via email & portals
- Escalate patient safety concerns promptly
- Assist with portal access & login issues
- Share procedural updates & policy changes
📦 Logistics & Administrative Coordination
- Prepare shipping documents & airway bills
- Track delivery errors & coordinate corrections
- Maintain investigator database accuracy
- Resolve system hold issues
🧾 Query Resolution & Compliance
- Respond to project-related queries
- Escalate site concerns to global coordinators
- Document service failures & resolutions
