💼 Key Responsibilities
- Perform core clinical data management (CDM) processes for assigned global studies.
- Support database setup, validation, structure specifications, and clinical approvals.
- Collaborate with global project teams to define and program study-specific edit check criteria.
- Investigate, track, and resolve data discrepancies identified through reviews and data queries.
- Coordinate external vendor data receipt, formatting, processing, and reconciliation.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready clinical study documentation.
- Monitor data quality by tracking trends, errors, and system inconsistencies.
- Ensure complete compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, local SOPs, and regulatory checklists.
- Participate in client and project meetings, providing progress metrics.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in clinical data management within a CRO, pharma, or biotech environment.
- Database Knowledge: Sound understanding of relational databases, edit check concepts, and clinical data flow.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access); familiarity with SAS and clinical databases is preferred.
