💼 Key Responsibilities
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from various clinical trial and post-marketing sources.
- Perform data entry, verification, and MedDRA coding for adverse events and medical histories.
- Draft clear and precise case narratives summarizing patient adverse drug reactions.
- Perform medical literature screening to identify potential safety events and side effects.
- Support safety dossier submissions to regulatory authorities and ethics committees.
- Assist in safety signal tracking, compliance metrics, and compilation of aggregate safety reports.
- Ensure complete compliance with international pharmacovigilance regulations and internal SOPs.
- Manage site queries, case reconciliation, and follow-ups with global study coordinators.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Life Sciences, or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
- Eligible Batches: Freshers passing out in the 2025 and 2026 batches only.
- GCP Basics: Foundational knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, global pharmacovigilance procedures, and regulatory timelines.
