💼 Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end ICSR case processing.
- Process AE, SAE, and SUSAR cases.
- Review and validate Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Create and update cases in global safety databases.
- Perform duplicate checks and data quality reviews.
- Code adverse events using MedDRA.
- Drug coding using WHO Drug Dictionary (WHODD).
- Prepare medical narratives.
- Assess seriousness and causality.
- Support regulatory submissions and pharmacovigilance compliance.
- Monitor safety mailboxes and follow up for missing information.
- Support audits, inspections, and reconciliation activities.
