Answer Guidance: A patient safety narrative is a brief, clinical summary of a serious adverse event (SAE), adverse event of special interest (AESI), or event leading to discontinuation experienced by a subject during a clinical trial. It synthesizes medical history, dosing, event course, and outcome.
  • Q2. What is the significance of the ICH E3 guideline?

  • Q3. How do you handle conflicting comments from multiple reviewers on a document you drafted?
Answer Guidance: First, compile all comments in a single tracking sheet to identify duplicate or overlapping feedback. For conflicting comments, consult the lead medical writer or trial clinician to align on the correct scientific presentation before updating the final document.
