📄 Job Overview
Syneos Health is hiring for the position of Clinical Data Associate I/II/III (Remote) in India. Ideal for candidates with 1–5 years of experience in clinical data management and EDC systems.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Support all clinical data management activities for assigned projects.
- ✔ Review and adhere to Data Management Plans (DMP).
- ✔ Perform UAT for data entry screens and edit checks.
- ✔ Conduct discrepancy management and query resolution.
- ✔ Perform SAE and vendor data reconciliation (PK, PD, IVRS, lab).
- ✔ QC checks for paper and EDC studies.
- ✔ Train and mentor junior CDAs.
- ✔ Participate in audits and regulatory compliance activities.
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- ✅ Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc, Life Sciences or related field.
- ✅ 1–5 years of experience in clinical data management.
- ✅ Hands-on experience in EDC systems (preferably Inform EDC).
- ✅ Knowledge of SAE reconciliation and data cleaning.
- ✅ Strong communication and documentation skills.
